    Both. A seasonal contract covers your property for the whole winter season, and per-visit clearing is available if you only need help with a particular snowfall.

  • How much snow has to fall before you come out?

    We clear once snow reaches 2 cm, so your driveway, walkways, and entrances are cleared before accumulation becomes a problem.

  • Do you clear the windrow at the end of the driveway?

    Yes — the ridge the plow leaves at the end of the driveway is cleared as part of the job, so you can actually get out.

  • Is snow removal available at my address?

    If your property is on the winter schedule, it is cleared whether or not you are home, so you do not return to a buried driveway.

  • Do you clear commercial properties?

    Yes — entrances, walkways, and parking areas for businesses in Mission and across the Fraser Valley, with no size limits on commercial lots.

  • Is there a minimum charge, and when do you work?

    Yes — a $75 minimum for residential jobs and a $200 minimum for commercial jobs applies to snow removal, and regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Snow does not keep office hours, though: snow work can be done outside those hours, or overnight, where that is agreed in advance.
